When you register for an event, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, job title, organisation, phone numbers, email and post address. To invite and register you for high level conferences organised by EMCNET

How do we store your personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform, and we use Flexmail as mailing campaign platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows you to contact us. Flexmail.com allows us to invite you to attend our conferences. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, Flexmail.com’s data storage, and company database. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We store your data for 4 years and at any time during that period you may ask your data to be removed by contacting daniela.craciun@emcnet.eu and we shall comply with your request.

Who will it be shared with?

We will not sell your personal data. Under certain circumstances we share the information we collect with third-party business partners who commit to comply with applicable laws concerning their usage of the information.

Do we use Cookies?
